Marketing Coordinator/Officer

Responsibilities:
Working directly with Marketing Manager, Head of Communications and wider communications team
Hands-on all rounder, assist in planning digital and social campaigns
Manage execution, optimisation and reporting of digital and social campaigns, including responding to enquiries and comments as required
Assist in planning and execution of events, including consumer facing events and corporate sponsorship events
Liaise with external suppliers in print and digital production to quote and produce marketing materials
Ensure that all local brand assets, content and marketing plans are organised and up to date
Develop strong understanding of our local brand positioning to make sure a consistent message is being delivered to our audience
Supporting marketing and communications functions of the broader communications team, including administration

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar 
Demonstrated experience working across ATL and BTL campaigns in Australia 
Digital and social media execution experience, including experience using data to evaluate marketing activity
Strong written and verbal skills, with creative writing ability 
Solid grasp of Australian consumer behaviours 
Strong attention to detail 
Ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders 
Be able to work flexibly in an environment that is constantly changing 
 Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment in a high performing team with competing priorities
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously when requiredPassionate about working in a global start-up that's changing direction all the time
Excellent written and spoken English 
Ability to contribute to excellent team culture, working from co-working space in Pyrmont
