ofo started collaborating with the United Nations Development Programme in April 2017 to achieve the Global Sustainability Goals. It also launched a partnership with Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation in August 2017 to improve the lives of girls in Malawi by funding scholarships and donating bikes to provide them with a safe way to get to school. In Oct 2017, ofo joined hands with C40 in tackling worldwide climate change issues and will contribute in every way possible to researches focused on healthy livable cities, identification of high impact actions, and benefits of inclusive climate actions.
ofo raised $700 million in its Series E funding led by Alibaba, Hony Capital and CITIC Private Equity in July, 2017.
The role will provide support for continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function through development and implementation of a clear recruiting strategy for ofo’s operations in Thailand.
This is a hands-on role unlike the typical 9 - 5, you’ll be tasked to drive all recruitment areas and support on staffing processes from volume hiring to senior placements. Focusing on candidate experience, you’ll assist to establish a strong employer branding to enhance our position in Thailand.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Act as an internal consultant to key stakeholders on guidelines related to campus relations and recruiting processes.
Conduct initial screenings and on-site interviews, evaluation and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements within applicant tracking system. Maintain and update applicant-tracking database.
Develop strategic sourcing strategies to effectively source candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, Internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals
What you'll need
In-house experience in a startup environment hiring for volume roles across all levels
3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Thoughtful approach combined with strong communications skills to act as the culture owner for the Organization - native to near-native language skills in Thai and English
Excellent problem solving skills, high performer, results oriented individual who can work well across all levels of stakeholders
