What you'll do
Organize candidate experience focused interviews, communicate interview details and host interview discussions in a high volume environment
Manage all interviewing scheduling tasks across business units in the US
Partner with HR team to manage candidate experience from first interview to on boarding
Be the contact person for hiring managers, candidates, vendors and the HR team
Responsible for interview tracking in systems, provide reporting where necessary to ensure business hiring needs are being met
Provide support to Talent and HR team members, coordinate and manage internal and external recruitment events
What you'll need
Transferable skills in HR, Recruiting, Administration functions
Preferred prior experience in managing large scale, high volume recruitment with ability to prioritize in a high growth environment
Communicate well to all stakeholders on a consistent basis
Thoughtful approach to improving process efficiencies
