The Role

This role is a first hire for our Talent Acquisition team in SEA and owns and drives recruiting priorities across all the different functions of the overall business.

You should already have the ability to identify and assess high quality talent through using innovative methods and tools, facilitating interview scheduling and cultivate strong business relationships across different business levels.

We are seeking someone who has high energy, a strong communicator with excellent follow through capabilities who is flexible to pivot quickly as the business moves.

The role reports into our Regional GM, Southeast Asia.


What you’ll do

Drive recruitment efforts across all hiring priorities, work closely to shape Organization structure, recommend course of action in achieving hiring goals with a lean team

Build a strong Employer brand focused on candidate experience in spite of the volume hiring environment

Operate multiple search methods to quickly identify candidates, prioritise time to hire

Set up from scratch various recruitment initiatives, identify and recommend vendor partners, work closely to shape campus hiring 

Work independently to solve hiring gaps, manage pipelines effectively across Southeast Asia

What you’ll need

2- 5 years of In-house Talent Acquisition experience in large scale technology startups operating across core South East Asian markets

Collaborative ability to act as the talent acquisiton business partner to stakeholders, hands-on in searches across all levels of the organization 

A strong supporter of the sharing economy, passionate about sustainability and environmental issues
