You will be part of a first in market team building from ground up, working to improve and innovate on operational practices delivering the best value to users country wide, on the bicycle sharing experience
Your roles and responsibilities
Contribute to improving performance and productivity of methods and strategies
Ensure that assets are managed and controlled in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
Review and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being.
Monitor inventory, plan inventory and ensure maximum efficiency
Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives
Examine and analyse data to improve operations
Perform quality controls, monitor KPI's and conduct performance tracking
Train and supervise contractors
Cater to contractors needs and concerns when applicable
Someone who is capable of self managing and is organised
Assist with launch plans and project management
Skills and Requirements
Proven work experience in operations
A real 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently
Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
Leadership and organisational skills
Preferably a lover of bikes and Cycling!
